Dongwu Securities forecasts China’s storage test-equipment market may expand to 15.5 bln yuan in 2027 from 4.8 bln yuan in 2026, a ~223% YoY rise, driven by capacity expansion at Changxin and Changcun and rising per-unit value of high-end DRAM and HBM testers. It estimates domestic localization for storage testers was only about 8–10% in 2025; with overseas vendors’ delivery times lengthening, Dongwu says domestic equipment suppliers could rapidly replace imports after technical breakthroughs.
