Henan Daily reported the Export‑Import Bank of China’s Henan branch on Sept. 7 provided 60 mln yuan via a new-type policy financial instrument to Henan Yinjinda New Materials Co., earmarked to top up equity for an intelligent production-line project; the funding is expected to catalyze about 600 mln yuan of effective investment. State media said the targeted allocation is intended to steer financial resources toward private investment and bolster private capital confidence.
