Sept 3 — Shanghai Guotou Company issued a 10-year sci-tech bond on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, raising 3.0 bln yuan at a 2.02% coupon. The offering was 3.44x subscribed. Shanghai Guotou says its total AI-related investment exceeds 21 bln yuan and it has supported over 400 AI companies via fund and direct investments.
