A U.S. Coast Guard Gulfstream C-37A carrying Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin made an emergency landing at Reagan National Airport on Wednesday after its right engine malfunctioned and caught fire. Mullin and several senior DHS officials aboard were uninjured.
