On the 2nd Iran's Strait of Hormuz authority added 11 vessels to a list of ships it says breached transit rules, bringing the total to 57. The authority warned listed vessels may face fines, detention or cargo confiscation when transiting the strait, and said other ships conducting ship‑to‑ship transfers with listed vessels could also be added.
