Aug. 31 — Insiders say the lawsuit by Dreame Technology against Xiaohongshu was withdrawn earlier and no court hearing will take place. Media on Aug. 30 had reported Dreame Technology (Suzhou) Co. Ltd sued Hangyin Information Technology (Shanghai) Co. Ltd — Xiaohongshu’s domestic core operator — in a reputation-rights dispute, with a hearing listed for Sep. 8 at the Huangpu District People’s Court in Shanghai.
