Morning session close: China's main commodity futures were mostly lower. Lithium carbonate fell more than 5%; PVC down nearly 3%. Container shipping (Europe route), coking coal, red dates, soda ash, Shanghai silver and eggs dropped over 2%. On the upside, fuel oil, ethylene glycol (EG), p-xylene, benzene, styrene (EB) and PET flake rose over 2%; methanol and asphalt were up about 2%.
