CFTC: In the week to Aug. 18, speculators increased net short positions in CBOT 10-year U.S. Treasury futures by 31,908 contracts to 946,961 and reduced net short positions in CBOT 2-year U.S. Treasury futures by 93,706 contracts to 927,337.
