EIA says Strait of Hormuz shipments remain severely constrained and now expects Middle East oil supply disruptions to be larger than its July forecast. It projects most Middle East crude output will recover to near pre-conflict levels by early 2027, but estimates disruptions will persist through end-2027 at about 600,000 bpd.
