IRNA: Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps reported two oil tankers attempted to transit an unsafe route south of the Strait of Hormuz last night. After a severe fire aboard one tanker both vessels turned back. The IRGC said the Iranian navy is controlling the area and will not allow external forces to intervene.
