DOE data on July 20 showed SPR crude stocks fell about 5.1 mln bbl last week to 311.4 mln bbl, the lowest level since March 1983. Since late February, when the U.S. and Israel launched military action against Iran, SPR inventories have declined by 104.04 mln bbl through July 17.
