China's national standard for new-energy vehicle maintenance safety (GB/T47439—2026) takes effect Aug 1. The standard prescribes requirements for maintenance personnel and facilities, pre‑work preparation, risk inspection and handling, work procedures and operational safety; it targets high‑voltage systems and hydrogen‑supply systems for hydrogen vehicles, specifying key pre‑/during‑/post‑work operations and detailing checks on protective equipment and tools, site environment confirmation, risk identification and handling, and maintenance of B‑level voltage circuits.
