Trump said June CPI month-on-month posted its largest decline in six years and came in below every forecast in a Bloomberg survey of 67 economists. He said prices fell for gasoline, electricity, auto insurance, hotels and prescription drugs, real wages rose 0.8% amid strong wage growth and lower prices, and that investment inflows, rapid factory construction and rising manufacturing employment are underway.
