June 27 — TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said in a report that iOS 27 will deepen system-level integration with Apple Intelligence. His supply-chain survey shows lower-tier iPhones with the A20 in 1H27 will increase DRAM to 9GB (1.5GB×6-die) to preserve responsiveness under AI workloads, up from 8GB (2GB×4-die) on current A19 models. Three high-end A20 Pro models due 2H26 (a foldable and two 18 Pro variants) will remain at 12GB (1.5GB×8-die).
