On June 26, Iranian foreign ministry spokesman BAGHAEI posted on social media that Iran is more concerned than any other party about regional collective security and described the actions of Gulf Cooperation Council member states as "disappointing." He said Iran’s military capability guarantees the people’s exercise of their inherent right of self‑defense and underpins regional peace and stability.
