SpaceX is planning an IPO next week targeting a roughly $1.75 trillion valuation, sources said. The company may sell under 5% of equity, implying proceeds of about $60–80 billion; those figures could change ahead of an updated filing the company plans to submit by Wednesday afternoon that would include price-range guidance. Earlier this year, after acquiring AI firm xAI, SpaceX was valued at about $1.25 trillion.
