China’s most active futures contracts showed mixed performance at midday, with butadiene rubber and LPG hitting daily limits, coking coal up over 10%, and benzene, styrene, propylene, polypropylene, plastics and ethylene glycol rising more than 8%. Silver fell over 8%, palladium dropped over 7%, platinum declined more than 6%, and gold slid over 5%.
