【光纤价格狂飙 高纯石英砂因供需偏紧而“身价”上涨】金十数据6月5日讯，受AI算力基础设施建设驱动，光纤光缆行业迎来新一轮涨价潮。作为光纤制造中必不可少的一员，高纯石英砂尤其是高端产品，因供需偏紧而“身价”上涨。“高纯石英砂应用在光棒制备多个环节，且光纤生产中还用到光纤级石英套管、炉芯管、石英管这些配套产品。”一位从事石英制品加工的企业负责人表示，目前光纤产业对高纯石英砂市场的拉动作用正在显现，利好主要集中在具备高端6N级砂生产能力的企业。下游加工环节则遵循市场化定价，受成本、供需及市场环境多重因素影响。据中国粉体网数据，当前光纤用高纯砂市场主流报价在4.8万元/吨至5.5万元/吨。6N级以上高纯石英砂国产自给率偏低，供应紧张。据悉，石英系光纤的生产制备主要分为预制棒制备、光纤拉丝两大核心工序，高纯石英砂贯穿两大工序。
