ACEA says European car sales rose for a third straight month in April; new car registrations +7% YoY to 1.15 mln. EV deliveries +38% YoY; Germany, the largest market, EV sales surged 41% after new subsidy policy. Hybrid sales rose while petrol and diesel sales declined. Tesla Europe April sales +47% YoY; Volkswagen, Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and BMW also posted higher deliveries.
